House Passes NSF Appropriations Bill: Damage to Social and Behavioral Sciences Less Than Feared After over 17 hours of debate, the House of Representatives voted last night, 331-87, to pass the fiscal year 2015 Commerce-Justice-Science Appropriations bill that funds the National Science Foundation.
