2015 DivE In Seed Grant Call

We are excited to announce the Second Annual "DivE In" Seed Grant Competition, made possible through sponsorship by Dedoose (www.dedoose.com) and Division E. Please see the attached Submission Form for information on how to apply.  

 

The competition is an innovative way of providing seed monies to Division E graduate students and recent graduates (first 5 years after graduating). Finalists will be selected from among the submissions to "pitch" their research idea in a 3-minute presentation at the 2015 Division E Annual Business Meeting in Chicago, IL in April. The winner will be selected through a vote by those attending the business meeting. Proposals are due by February 9, 2015 at 10pm PST.

Division E Graduate Student Poster Session
At the 2014 AERA Annual Meeting, Division E will host the first Division E Graduate Student Poster Session. The graduate student poster session will be held as a part of the Division E business meeting and provides an additional opportunity for students to engage in the presentation of their research projects.

Applicants must be a student member of AERA and Division E. To apply, individuals should complete the attached Submission Form and email it to the senior graduate student representative, Patrick Mullen at [email protected]. Deadline for submissions is December 6, 2013, 11pm EST. Please email Patrick if you have any questions about this opportunity.
