Otherwise, our Vice President is responsible for the general management of the business of Division K, including the appointment of members to the Executive Board that constitutes the leadership team for the division; developing or proposing annual goals for the leadership team and assessing accomplishment of the goals; overseeing all activities of the leadership team including the planning of the program for the annual meeting, recommendations for awards and recognition, management of the listserv and website, development and distribution of the newsletter, planning and conducting the fall summit, and conducting the annual meeting of the Executive Board; communicating with the membership; and managing the budget for the operation of the division.
