Greetings! Welcome to the Academic Audit Research In Teacher Education Special Interest Group.  Members of our SIG are interested in accreditation, assessment, and program evaluation research in educator preparation. We work to support members' efforts to move from compliance to a culture of inquiry. We encourage the accumulation and interpretation of research findings from accreditation reviews, state review processes, and evaluation studies focusing on the competence of graduates of educator preparation programs and the quality of the programs themselves.
