Elizabeth Oyer, Ph.D., Chair (2015-2016). Elizabeth Oyer is the Director of EvalSolutions Inc. based in Carmel, IN. Her focus is on multi-site evaluation, partnerships, and evaluation policy. She has been active in AERA since 1997 and with the Research on Evaluation SIG since 2008.
Kathleen Norris, EdD., Program Chair (2015-2016). Kathleen Norris is an Associate Professor in Educational Leadership at Plymouth State University in New Hampshire and teaches graduate level courses in evaluation, research methods, and assessment. Her evaluation research interest is in the application of evaluation frameworks. Kathleen has been active in AERA since 2006.
Anne Vo, Ph.D., Secretary/Treasurer (2015-2016). Anne Vo is the Associate Director of the University of California's Educational Evaluation Center, headquartered at UCLA. As an evaluation researcher, her interests lie at the intersection of comparative evaluation theory, evaluation capacity building, and evaluation practice. Anne has been a member of AERA since 2007.

Arturo Olivárez, Ph.D., Chair (2016-2017). Arturo is a professor of educational research with emphasis on quantitative methods and the application of univariate and multivariate statistics, measurement issues across diverse populations, educational assessment, and evaluation of educational programs. He has been program chair and president of the regional association (Southwest Educational Research Association) and presently is an active member of American Educational Research Association’s Division D (Measurement) Graduate Student Welfare and Mentoring Committee. Julie Riordan, Ph.D., Secretary/Treasurer (2016-2017). Julie specializes in research methods, program evaluation, and education policy with an emphasis on producing rigorous research that is relevant to practitioners and results in the use of findings for decision making in the field. Currently, she is the Director of Research for the Regional Educational Laboratory Northeast and Islands at Education Development Center, one of ten regional laboratories funded by the Institute of Education Sciences (IES).
